Purple Pehoski is an extremely flavorful member of the Purple Stripe family. It can vary quite a bit from 5-10+ cloves in each bulb.
When roasted, Purple Pehoski produces earthier flavors than many other types of garlic which get sweeter.
Grown by Midwest Heirloom Garlic — a farm in Afton, Minnesota (Zone 4b).
Stores up to 4-6 months.

Planting Instructions
Plant at least 8" apart from other plants in late fall. Cover with straw through the winter. Harvest the following summer.
